Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- For cancellations made up to 15 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

Check-in and check-out information
Your rooms will be available from 2:00 pm (max. 8:00 pm) on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Payments
Cash payment are accepted until Euro 4.999,99 . We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Bancomat.
Pets
We regret that we can only accept small dogs on request. As there the cleaning bill is considerably higher, we charge Euro 15.00, without feed. Please bring your own basket and blanket. Dogs have no access to the dining room as well as to the wellness area.
Tourist Tax
The indicated prices do not include the local tax of Euro 3,20 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day. It is payable on departure and listed separately on the invoice.
